I'm probably the only person not noticing the wind... then again I have rock playing right now.

A few years back we were living on Kelly AFB- and the tornado sirens went off about 2:00 am --we had to grab the kids and get in the little pantry, the kids thought it was great!!! I still remember sitting in the storm cellars in Whichita and being more afraid of all of the roaches in there!

I haven't noticed any wind. How bad is it out there?

What are you listening to?

You may want to invest in buying a NOAA Weather Radio. They're available at HEB and they will warn you anytime the National Weather Service issues severe weather warnings. They're also customizeable to go off only at certain times or particular types of warnings.

At the airport, winds are gusting around 20 MPH... not too bad.

I'm listening to Q94.5, a rock station down in the Rio Grande Valley. They play a great variety of songs and little talk/commercials. Here's the link to an online stream that I have on right now: KFRQ (http://lightningstream.surfernetwork.com/Media/player/view/kfrq3.asp?call=kfrq&title=Q94.5%20The%20Rock%20Sta tion&grptuner=entravision&skin=KFRQ - broken link)
