I lost about 10 pounds today

in hair...

hoping to be making some changes which will require a little spring cleaning..

not quite that radical, but there was a LOT of hair on the floor when she was done. I feel much lighter and not quite as hot as usual.. strange part was it took my wife and daughter a few minutes to realize it was gone. It's a seriously radical change. I feel like I'm back in the military
