Well maybe the site has good intentions, but poor info sources. It does say that they allow submission of info from just about anyone.

Hmmmm...checked out the site and found it quite unusual that down in the Palo Alto area, where my parents live, there were only five convicted felons and ALL had English surnames...one living ON Hwy 16 and the other at the recreation center. *lol* I know of at least four convicted felons within a two block radius of my parents' home and they're all raza.*lol*

For those that missed it, the site isn't real.. I was duped by it and received it in an e-mail from someone that constantly forwards hoaxes and other garbage. I usually check everything I get from them, but thought this one was actually real. It's not.. read some of the ads on their home page, they're pretty funny

I thought it was interesting that a site against cons and felons would have ads about earning money in prison....got me too!

That's pretty bad-a$$. I wish I wasn't such a wishy-washy kinda person. I'd love to have a tat, but I'd never be able to settle on one.

And you should have posted that in the "colorful lives" thread.

I was thinking about that and I suppose I probably should. The color is the best part of it or at least a tie for the Extremely straight lines the guy did. That's one job I could never have with my hands.. unless zig-zaggy lines suddenly became popular
![]() they can be expensive, but when you look at it as art, it's pretty reasonably priced. they can also be addictive, so if you have a hard time controlling compulsion, they definitely aren't a good idea. |

Oh they are addictive. I can't wait to get more. I'm just too picky on what I want and where I want to put it. Especially since it's going to be on you for the rest of your life. But anyway, your tattoo is very nice.

Yeah, I went almost 22 years between my first and second.. I was pretty nervous going to the place because I only knew a couple people that had used them and one person didn't like the work they got. I checked out the guy's work online and really liked it so I decided to go for it. Luckily it all worked out, because they are definitely for a lifetime.. The price was pretty good too, $200. It covers pretty much the entire part of my arm between just above my elbow to my shoulder. It wrapped a little into the bicep area and I could feel that for sure.. I definitely won't be getting one that wraps all the way around my arm any time soon. The next one is going to cover up my first one. It's a pretty old one that doesn't look all that great and it's Navy related, which I don't really care much about anymore..
