Same thing here! They look horribly dilapidated (the ones that haven't been replaced) for being so new. I avoid those hockey puck things like the plague now. Problem is I have 3 poopers but only 1 poop brush.

Works fine, and another plumber told me they are virtually the same, but I've been wondering if I should ask them to put a fluidmaster 400 back in when I do a warranty service req. They're both pretty cheap for part alone.

fluidmaster:

I have replaced all my floating ball things with that and the American Standard Cadet 3 toilet I bought for the high use bathroom came standard with it. That's the toilet that advertises flushing a whole bunch of golf balls and I don't doubt it, it's a flushing champion.

that happened to our flappers, only about a year old. Because we were using those bleach/cleaning bars that you stick in the tank. Supposed to be really bad for the flapper.
those things are awful

buy two more poop brushes? or get those in-line things from Kaboom. They're not bleach and they work really good. You can tell when they start running out too.

"buy two more poop brushes"

I was being sarcastic.

I think I'll probably stick with the floater in the ma bath (the other two have 400a or 400c). It doesn't seem any different. Plumber said he thinks the fluidmaster gives a slightly better flush and that's about it. But Lincoln logs don't come along very often for me so I think I'm good.
