That reminded me of back in the day at school when they gave you a test and told you to review the test before starting.....and you didn't so when you finally got to the second to the last question it tells you just to do the first 3 problems.

It took me taking those kinds of tests 3 or 4 times before I learned my lesson.

Ha! I used to give that test to my 6th graders as a "spring break pop quiz." It had all kinds of silly stuff, like having them stand up and hop on one foot, yelling out "I am the greatest!" but the very first question said "Read everything carefully before you begin" and the last item said "now that you have read through all of these, turn your paper over, take out a book and read quietly" or something to that effect. Every one of them fell for it every year.

I think I was one of two people that didn't fall for it and actually followed directions when one of my teachers did something crazy like that.
I learned my lesson from an earlier one where I did a whole bunch of problems only to read the last line and find out I wasted my time.

Ya, it sure was nice when I finally picked up on those tests. I would just sit back and watch everyone else look dumb for a change.

My son went to the midnight showing of "The Dark Knight" and he thinks it is Oscar-worthy. He loved it, says it is amazing. We can't even get tickets today, I don't think--most theaters are sold out.
