heh, that's kinda the way I feel about baking! "Cooking" and "baking" really are 2 different animals, aren't they?  Could the UFC crowd use some cupcakes?

I like to cook but not when I get home in the evening after a day at the office.
Now the weekends, that a different story. I can take my time and have a few (or a lot) drinks  .
