This is way OT, and I know I'm overthinking it. But we'll chalk that up to little sleep and no coffee!

I have a few gallons of paint the builder left behind that perfectly matches the interior of my house. I suppose it was intended for touch-ups, etc. But how long is it good? Do I need anything special to remix it? Can I take it somewhere here in San Antonio (keeping it local)?
Oh, it's just shy of three year old paint and it's been stored in the garage.

TIA

If the can is sealed tight and it has never been frozen, it is fine. Just be sure you mix it very well. Next time you store paint put a piece of plastic wrap on top of the paint to further prevent a "scum" from forming. Just put a note on top so you remember to take out the plastic before you shake it up.

Thanks, Sapphire! I googled and googled, but apparently wasn't using the right combo of words! Maybe I'll pick up one of those mixer things that attaches to my drill to mix it all up again. Or I could just make the kid stand there and shake it!!!

I would take it to Lowes or Home Depot, especially if that's where you bought it.
