As far as Santikos, the consensus is that they are still planning to build, but no firm date has been revealed. There are several "lots" around the Potranco/1604 area with "Santikos" property signs so we are also at a loss as to where they will be (or at least I am).
If you surf through a few pages of the Potranco/1604 thread on this forum, you'll see some great posts by a few of our regulars on what's coming to the different shopping centers. For the most part, all that is really known is what we've seen signs posted for. Everything else is speculation. Looks like the market up at 1604/Culebra has the most information.
Santikos is also into real estate - maybe it's just land they own:

Think again!

8 lottery winners who lost their millions - MSN Money

I like to think that I would be more successful at handling a huge win like that, but ya just never know. I can never remember to buy a ticket anyway.

I'm willing to take the risk.. and if I suddenly disappear, you know what happened.. We would totally disappear from everyone. My wife and I already agreed on it.

Default Spreadin' the love

Just how many times DO I have to rep others before I can "re-rep" somebody? I've really been tryin' to spread the love, but this is getting frustrating!! (Off to the "forum questions" or whatever it's called thread.....)

Hey, don't you have an eclipse to watch or something? Oh wait, you didn't have the clouds "taken care of" like you should have. Good job, Anthony!

What do you mean? I have a perfect view... after all, I've been accused of having my "head up in the clouds". :P

I thought I just heard on the news that there was too much cloud cover to see the eclipse. But you probably have some sort of insider's edge.

People only accuse me of having my head up my.......well, never mind.

There have been a few gaps in the clouds and every once in a while you can get a pretty good glimpse of the eclipse.
