My hubby said he'll do everything he can to make sure he gets home in time for me to stop by on Saturday...He'll stay home with the kids and I can have some time away from the house.

So....just to confirm....what is the time and place?

Default Update!!!

Sorry guys, I was at the AT&T Center watching Pop's Guys get trounced by the Suns last night.

So yep, this Saturday evening/night. Let's decide the place by this evening when Paka gets home from work;

The Stockyards (151/Weisman) if Paka's son or any of our younger members aren't able to make it.

Tiago's (151/410) if any youngin' are able to make it.

If anyone under 21 is gonna come, please post by 7pm tonight! (Thurs. 4/10)

I'll find out this afternoon if the restaurant at The Stockyards will be open by then. That way we can decide on a meeting time. If the restaurant won't be open, maybe anybody that wants to eat can meet at Rudy's and then head next door?????

Saturday will be a busy day but I am planning on showing up. My oldest has a game in the morning and then we are going to try and get to the Westcreek picnic. Let me know what you guys decide on.

I just got caught up on reading this thread - count me in too. I really want to meet some folks (having lived here all of 12 days now) and put names and faces together etc. DH is out of town on business this weekend which leaves me with no one but me, myself and I to talk to! He left this a.m. (had to get up at 4:00 a.m. to drive him to the airport - luckily he had the foresight to go out to the airport yesterday evening to get re-routed from his original AA flights which were, of course, cancelled) In any event, by Saturday night I will be dying to have some conversation!!

Can't make this one. We are having a Community yard sale and it's at my house. I went to the last one at Rudys and it was fun. Did not stay as long as some of you, but then I'm not as young as some of you either. ha ha

Either location works for us...Darling Son has "plans" for Sat evening that do not include us...so you name it and we will be there...like I said, we have a "function" we must attend, but plan to be there by 7-7:30! Will that be too late?????
