Default Rumors of a Walmart on Bulverde

Outside loop 1604. My pastors wife mentioned this to me when I told her we were considering building in Wortham Oaks. Does anyone have info on this? Also what is the commericial development going up on corner of Bulverde & Evans?
Thanks for any help.

Default Cvs?

One corner (SE) has a Walgreens, they are building a CVS on another corner (NE). Chase bank just opened on the NW corner. The only empty corner is the SW one...would that be big enough for a Wal-Mart? I really hope not!

You know, what is it with San Antonio anyway?
HEB
Walmart
Walgreens/CVS constant neighbors
Valero (well that's no mystery)
Target
the two office biggies

I mean, I really DO love living here for many reasons, but I can't tell you how many signs I've seen for stores going up a block away from another exact retailer!!!

It's definitely not just a San Antonio thing. The same thing happens all over.

If Wal-Mart goes there, it won't be long until they'll have a Supercenter at every other exit along 1604. Amazing.

I do like the Nacogdoches/1604 Supercenter better than the store at 281/1604.

Oh thanks Jason that must be the one! I wanted to see how close it was to our housing area.
