Default i'm visiting san antonio...any nice flea markets?

Hi all, I'm visiting san antonio this weekend from California. I saw on the internet there's lots of flea markets in the area. I'm looking for one that's got lots of antiques and collectible stuff...would anyone give me an idea which ones are good for that? Thanks, Mimms

May I recommend Fiesta instead? If you're only coming for the weekend, you should check it out! Plus, how are you going to get the antiques home with you? Just a thought.....

I bet that's a nice thing to collect. Sorry, I wouldn't even know where to tell you to look!

I know for quilt fabric, my MIL spends all of her disposable income at a fabric shop on Mainland, but that's not what you're looking for, so..........

There's a flea market at Fredericksburg and Gardenia. I think it's only open Sundays.

Another one on Eisenhauer and Holbrook.

Try Bussey's Flea Market (has a large metal Armadillo in front). It is located next to Highway 35 North of San Antonio (on the right).

That's quite a drive for an afternoon of shopping. She's only here for the weekend and still wants to make time for Fiesta.

I second that recommendation. It's a nice large one with tons of just about anything.
