I have made my opinion clear in the previous statement, however, it got a bit confusing towards the end when I was trying to be un-bias and fair. What I was trying to say is simply this: No matter what the situation, or conditions in which an individual was raised in, they can overcome it. I've seen it happen. I've lived it. I used to live in a horrible neighborhood where drive by shootings and high pregnancy rates occured, but I didn't join a gang or get pregnant. Instead I got out of the neighborhood and moved into a better one and make better choices due to the situations I saw on a daily basis. I didn't want that for myself. I've gone on and graduated from college and earned a degree. I have risen above the ashes and conquered what is mine...no excuses. I've even had a family member murdered, who is a cold blooded killer like Mr. Estrada. These murderers don't have any room for excuses. Other than the fact that they know exactly what they are going to do when they perform a crime and yet they still perform the gruesome act. Don't get me wrong...I have a heart but not when it comes to someone harming innocent individuals that have done nothing wrong. They take away loving family members from us that we will never be able to see EVER again while they rot in jail listening to their iPods and talk on the phone & visit with their loved ones. Is that fair? Not at all. So before any of you point your finger at me and say that I am wrong for writing this you don't know where I am coming from and have never experienced the pain and grief of losing a loved one. But for know Mr. Estrada is where he needs to be and I hope he stays there, hopefully the inmates will keep him in line.

Honestcritic06, I think the confusion came when you gave excuses for how Estrada turned out, i.e. lack of discipline, then went on to say that it didn't matter how someone was raised. This last post was much clearer.

Apparently, Estrada is now home, with his loved ones and his presence is making the neighbors uncomfortable as well as the rest of the innocent people of San Antonio. When I posted earlier, I had the feeling he would be represented by a crazy lawyer.

WTH? How does a confessed cold blooded murderer get out on bond???? CrrAAAaazzy! I always thought the Barrios family showed way too much mercy on that kid though from what I read now the son is outraged by his release. He must have one helluva lawyer.

I just know that I would be VERY happy to rent my place out to the idiot judge that let this happen for free so long as he would ensure that his wife and children lived there also. I'd be curious to see how comfortable he'd be living a few houses down from this. Talking to the police in the area we were told that a lot more information would come out at the trial and that was we were initally told and heard about barely began to scrape the surface of what actually happened.

Also I love the fact that when talking with the officer, we asked the simple question "have the weapons been removed from the house?" He stated that only the bow that is evidence was removed. The father is an AVID hunter and has many guns in the house. The only "reassurance" given was that he has the ankle bracelet that will alert after he's 60' from the house. This by no means stops him from going further of course.

Also they're now finding many dead cats in the Barios (formerly) property that were killed with a "silent weapon". Keep in mind, this is less than 60' from his house (next door). The neighborhood has been wonderful while he was in jail and now that he's back problems start to resurface ... coincidence?

I wish I knew the "why".

Edit: Looks like more of the why was released. The DA argued the current bond and had him pulled. Also they're adding arson to the charge...just not sure why it wasn't added before.

Also his attorney asked to be removed. Gotta love that
