Default Commute From The South

I got home a few nights ago and saw that my wife has developed a property fetish. She was looking at HUGE tracts of land in the Pleasanton area.

36 acres for $106k! Unreal! There were some "smaller" parcels around $50k that featured from 10-15 acres. Flatter than up north, sure, but more land for the cash.

What is the drive time between Pleasanton and SA? Maps don't give any info on traffic. A 20 mile drive could take an hour for all I know.

I just have to figure out how to get a house built out there!

It takes on average about 40 minutes to get from Pleasanton to downtown.
