however..

• India has built the world's largest oil refinery, which goes online this month. "They want to be a major player in the global market," White said.

• Brazil is becoming a major exporter of oil products, since the discovery of a large oil deposit off its coast. India and Brazil are not members of OPEC.

• Consumer consumption has declined.

You have a bet sir. Maybe I'll buy you a sack of Krystals if you win...if I win, I'll take a dozen wings at Wing Stop!

OPEC runs this sector...always has..always will.

Heh heh, nobody says "sack of Krystals" Jersey man.

I was excited to see 1.99 on my way home today! That's a fine price! Glad I kept my Escape! (I wasn't going to get rid of it anyway....) But it's nice to be back closer to $30, rather than $60. That was a bit depressing.

ok, I'll take that bet and I want the big 24-pack steamer thing please. It's already back down over $2.50 on the NYMEX

BTW, $2.49 is the most expensive in all of SA and that's only 15 cents above the US average.

OK..so you are saying 1.30's to 1.40's by Christmas...as I predicted weeks ago..I say it'll be closer to $2.25. Let's use average SA price..you have a site to figure that out?
This is easy money (Er, easy pollo)...only way I lose is if it doesn't go up as fast as I figured it would...it's going up, but world events can slow things.

I like San Antonio Gas Prices - Find Cheap Gas Prices in Texas, but you can go with something else if you want. It has to be accurate and I know this one is because I help update it.
and by Christmas means just that, some time between now and Christmas I think it will be at least in the $1.40's and that could be $1.499
