Valero at Culebra/Alamo Pkway went back down to $3.91 for regular.

Yep, some places came very close ($3.99/gal) and I am sure some went over; but for most of the city, 89 octane gas never hit the $4 mark...

@ the WAL-MART (near WEST AVE @ I-10 W) the price for 'regular' gas was $3.85 I think.

There are stations in town selling gas for $3.77 and $3.78, according to San Antonio Gas Prices - Find Cheap Gas Prices in Texas

Judging from the names of the stations, they're probably Cash Only/Pay First places.

The one I saw was a "Valero".....I am NOT kidding!

I found this interesting web site and it is updated nightly on cheapest gas prices according to whatever zip code you enter! I have Pittsburgh's zip code entered, but just change it to your zip code!
