We live on a short cul-de-sac outside of the city limits. There is an old truck parked parallel to the curb that has not moved in months. I believe the owner passed away a while back, and the family is just letting his vehicle sit. The registration has expired and it hasn't been inspected for years. I tried the HOA and they cannot do anything as it is on a public street. I've sent the Bexar County Sheriff's Office an email concering it but have not heard back from them. I was wondering if anyone knows who I can contact to have the owners of this vehicle officially notified that it has to be registered or removed from the street. The way it is parked, it makes it difficult to turn around in the cul-de-sac.

Thanks in advance!

Cheers! M2
