Default Moving back to SA after 15 yrs. How has it changed?

Looks like I will be moving back to SA from Houston. Last lived in SA in 93. Graduated from Jay and UTSA. Lived in apartments before. Would rather have a house this time. Looking at the Nacodogches Judson area because it has a high elevation (less humid) and would give me easy access to I35 and New Braunfels and Austin for business purposes.

So how has SA changed in 15 years? I gather that they have a new interchange at 281 and 410. Gee, that only took about 40 years to accomplish....

Still lots of good taco joints, I hope? I can still enjoy that aspect of SA, anyway. Can't really enjoy all the hot latina chicks, anymore, being married, and of course, too old for that now, anyway...

Boy are you in for a shock. I too graduated from Jay. I would look in this forum to find threads that have pictures of throughout SA.

Welcome back! San Antonio is like your best friend's little sister--all grown up now. You won't even recognize her.

In my humble opinion, (I know that should say IMHO, but that looks like something else to me), San Antonio will be like a breath of fresh air after living in Houston. Literally and figuratively.

We moved away in 2002 and came back in 2005 (courtesy of the USAF) and were shocked at how much had changed in such a short time. You had better brace yourself!

But, it's still a great place to live! Welcome home!

Cheers! M2
