THANKS
We've been out there several times looking around the neighborhood. Beautiful homes with large yards for sure. The location is what got us looking elsewhere. It is right behind Randolph AFB, close to the flightline for one. Also, spending 300K-400K in that area, close to much lower priced neighborhoods didn't seem smart to us.

Of course, this is only one perspective to keep in mind. It wasn't right for us, but seems to be right for many others, as they seem to be selling alot of homes there.

Good luck!

That's a lot of money to be spending near homes that average $100k-$160 in the area. I believe they are selling because that is the only neighborhood that offers that size of lot for the area. Have you considered Grand View Builders? They are new to the San Antonio market but their floor plans are very similar to that of Wall and they are build on your lot! Check them out!

Do not buy from this builder. I bought a home in December 2014 and my AC unit continues to give me problems. I have complained 3 times and each time Arthur Hagaar comes out and pretends to repair the problem. The air will work around 1 month after they come out then the same problem happens again. DO NOT BUY FROM WALL HOMES!!!

Bought a home over a year ago in the Potranco Ranch subdivision, nicely built, no problems so far. My neighbors have no complaints as well.
