We are making an offer on a home in The Park at French Creek. Does anyone here live there or know a lot about that subdivision? If so, could you PM me? I have questions about whether there are lots of kids in the neighborhood, the school capping situation, etc.

I see a "green belt." Could be a creek, zoned flood plain. You'll need the address of the house, but have a look here to get the county flood plain maps:
