Those of us with cash can move quicker on all types of deals...real estate, fast food franchise, tropical island, ranch, cds, bonds, donating to charity, etc.. There are always good deals to be found. Each investor should choose what she wants to invest in based on a thorough analysis of all options. And if they're humble, they keep information about their portfolio to themselves.

Exactly. So rather than spew your portfolio here..let's get back to the topic at hand..foreclosures.

Bexar County Property Foreclosure Info. - Gerry Rickoff County Clerk - (http://maps.bexar.org/imf/sites/cc_foreclosure_beta/jsp/launch.jsp - broken link)

Follow this link, it pretty much will keep you up to date for Bexar County Month by month on whats happening as far as foreclosures and whats being posted. For the next first Tuesday's sale that is. It will be updated on May 21st I believe. But its real good for current after that.
