Pretty sure with traffic Floresville is more like an hour at this point. Pleasanton too.

Lytle might be closer to 30 mins... Natalia and Devine a little further out.

There are some nicer cities with subdivisions in SE like La Vernia and Adkins which do have single level homes. But pricier than 200/300k range.

Those are small towns - I think pancho was talking about the city neighborhoods closer to downtown

$200 - 300K price range will not get you much in the San Antonio or Hill Country areas, thanks to all the CA IT transplants.
