Did anybody do the the ADA Tour De Cure this year?
As a sister thread to my thread regarding the MS 150, I was wondering if anybody on this board rode in the American Diabeties Association Tour de Cure this past weekend (May 17 & 18th)? I am on the committee and just wanted to get feedback on what riders liked and what they didn't.
I know signage had some problems, we had about 30 signs stolen between 9:00 Friday night when we drove the route, and 6:00 in the morning the next day. This caused some riders to take some wrong turns due to the directional signs being missing. I'd like to know what other issues riders experienced. Also, I'd like to know what was positive about the ride so we can be sure to continue those things on future rides.
