All children born are not angels as I have said before, I don't think it's fair to tell one child just because his or her mom is on section 8 that they have to maintain some type of standard in school, this has nothing to do with a child.

I agree. What if they drug tested the adults? I think they should drug test everyone who gets a Lonestar card too. I figure since I get drug tested at work and my taxes are helping to pay for people who need assistance then they should be drug tested before they collect their assistance.

I agree with that.

If you are doing drug you don't need gov assistance.

I agree but where do we draw the line? I think keeping people segregated to one particular area such as "the projects" will only make things worse for those children who are not asked to be born, hence we have a never ending cycle
