Yep I was the first to live in my unit. They are nice wood floors and all. Brand new appliances and everything. When he said income restrictions I was like WTF then he said the price i was floored.

lol at you people taking more shots at section 8.......how did you all know that the robber was on section 8?????? lol funny people, I guess every one that commit crimes must be on section 8....I suppose Timothy Mcveigh, Eric Harris & Dylan Klebold (aka Trench Coat Mafia), Ted Bundy, John Gacy, Jeffrey Dahmer were all section 8 residents lol...funny people
