That plan has been scaled back to cover the Riverwalk and Main Plaza. The rest of downtown is being "reconsidered" and the burbs will definitely be years in coming, if ever. So says my source at AT&T. If the city is negotiating with any other vendors, that's beyond my crystal ball's reach.

I've no earthly idea why, out of gwrober's great big huge long list of possibilities, I chose to click on 'Navona'... I think the name just sounded intriguing to me, but they offer 'hookah' .... (????)
