This question has come up before and the usual answer is that there are no seafood places like that here because fresh fish is shipped by direct flights from the coasts. SA has no airlines bringing direct flights from the seafood-producing port cities on the coasts.

No problem, and I hope the answer didn't come across as critical. I'm sure that you will find that San Antonio has many advantages over Atlanta in other areas.

REALLY???? Man, I have thought, it must be 2000 degrees out there...like I am going to buy SHRIMP from someone with no quality control on the side of the road...have you done this more than once, or just the once.

It has NEVER crossed my mind to purchase from them...kinda like getting all excited about having a "private" hottub at a hotel...I AIN'T GETTING IN THAT THING!!!!
Just kinda figured the risk could not be outweighed...glad to know things went well for you and yours!

I would only use those shrimp for fishing. Always felt bad piercing their backs with my hook.
