I was in Rudy's in Leon Springs a few months ago and noticed they pictures on the wall showing employees with a bunch of cash. I asked one of the employees and she told me that after they have worked for a number of years at the place they get several thousands of dollars and a share of the profit.

I can't remember the details so I was hoping someone here knew how the employees are compensated.

Thanks.

I know that they and SAS (San Antonio Shoes) both offer profit sharing type of deals after a certain time there...and Rudy's pays good...but you work HARD in VERY hot conditions.

It might be easier if you talked to someone who actually works there. We all just eat there.

Can anyone confirm that if an employee is fired for behavorial reasons, he or she is simply made into 'chopped' the next day?

Perhaps it's just a rumor
