Don't know if you've found them yet but it's the Verde at Westover Hills, looked very nice, and the closest thing to campus, although they are a bit pricey. Verde Westover Hills in San Antonio, TX, offers one, two and three bedroom luxury rental apartments available today

DO NOT live at Alpin Park Apartments (6803 Seco Creek St.)
It's a total hell hole and it's noisy and no one will ever do anything about it. If you try to notify them of the noise they will automatically deny such noises and get annoyed about you telling them.
This place also has thin walls and no carpet. Teh ground is literally a sheet of plastic on teh ground.
There are also a ton of bugs and the parking lot here is terrible. The dont even enforce tenants to have a parking space because it's too busy being filled up with guests cars.
overall, management doesn't care about anything, the building is poorly made, there are bugs everywhere, they like to over charge people of rent monies and it's just a very disgusting and bad place to live.

I highly do not reccomend this place for college students because:
1. you will not be able to study because of the music and noise
2. you'll prob be too busy killing and catching bugs to even study.
3. you'll be too busy complaining to the office about frequent floods and leaks but it'll never be fixed
4. you'll be wasting your money!

Spend a little more and move somewhere else there's a reason why this place is a little cheaper because it's crap and no one cares!

Alpin Park Apartments
Wow! I hope that everyone reads this comment. So I went to this complex a couple of days before school started. An idiot named Fred "the manager" told me there was nothing available until September so I left in dissapointment because school was so close. Within the 5 min that I leave, he calls me again and says that there is an availability now. I was so excited and drove back to the complex. Fred "the manager" stated that I had to put down my application deposite and he would email me the Lease contract. Paying was my mistake! That following weekend he called and told me that he ACCIDENTLY didn't write down what floorplan I wanted and now has to rent me a 2 bedroom for $100 more. I refused and he informed his "managers" could not refund me the fee because it was a process for them to process my name. How the hell can it be a process when I don't even live there? Justice needs to be served on this property and I will make sure of it, even if it's the last thing I do. Two words for this place: f*ckn IDIOTS. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU ARE TRICKED.
