XX: ====~~ :XX !Four Years w/o a Cigarette!
I have been, since June 8th 2004, thrilled to have been able, on that date, to put out my LAST cigarette...
Thanks to Zyban, nicotine patches, and GOD!!!!!!
(((Now, I'm trying to Somersize off ALL those pounds that IMMEDIATELY followed; I'm not kidding, I stubbed out that last cigarette and three minutes later blew the buttons right off my clothes..... LOL)))

CONGRATULATIONS!!! That is QUITE an accomplishment!!!!
I quit in 1984, and don't ask me what was different between that time and the other 2,365 times I had tried...I was just lucky, so know how DARN hard it is!!!! YOU DA WOMAN!!!!!!  |

Congrats! I will be starting my once a year chain smoking fest at the end of the month when I visit the inlaws in Kentucky. I do so good the rest of the year but any time around them I can't stay strong because they constantly smoke! When I get back I'll be able to stop, though. I think I'll take cloves this time.

ahhh, yes, exactly.... it seemed nearly EFFORTLESS, while all prior attempts (as early as the '70s) had been unsuccessful.....
that's why I say it was a God thing..... It was like I asked to be free of nicotine & tobacco and he shrugged his shoulders and said, "Sure. Okay."
I did have the patch and Zyban/Wellbutrin, but had also had it on so many prior attempts......
I LOVE the things I'm able to do now without getting 'winded' in 12 nanoseconds!!!! |

Happy smoke-free anniversary!! That's awesome, I've read that quitting nicotine rates up there with getting drugs and the like! Way to go, maybe you post will inspire others to give it a try!

Way to go! it was 4 years for me in February, and I totally understand those darn buttons it is like my close shrunk overnight haha.
