anybody know how bad the traffic around Lackland is at 10:00 PM on the 4th? I'm at work and wondering how bad the traffic is going to get. I'll probably go the back way out through Kelly.

Generally speaking, most Texas prison units are not air conditioned. Not disagreeing or agreeing or anything else, just pointing this out because most people are not aware.
