Once again, those that can do, those that can't make up a whole bunch of things about themselves to post on an anonymous online forum to make themselves feel better. (that'd be a good bumper sticker)

I hope Stewie hasn't really left us! It's true, a down housing market is GOOD news for some--no doom and gloom here. Today Dow lowest it's been in two years, interest rates going UP, but this is GREAT news for the SA housing market I'm sure!!
