Sadly, it IS the attitude of the 'born-again' ultra conservative types.

i worked with, and for, that type several years ago. Specifically, born again Catholics... talk about a, ah, interesting place to work - when I started, there were 2 of us who didn't go to noon mass daily - myself, and an orthodox Jew who now is CIO of some tech company in Israel...and he was my -junior- at this company *sigh* good guy, tho. Good, hard working people, if possibly mis-guided or a bit blind to the rest of the world.

If Homemaker is still around - to you, you are simply being caring about others, and informing them of how you intend to show that care. To the rest of us, it comes across as holier than thou, and IS somewhat offensive. Your beliefs are yours, and you are quite welcome to the, and to worship the good Lord in any way you see fit. Do not presume that on a message board that -anyone- believes in Him in the same manner as you, and may, in fact, find statements like "I will pray for you" as rude and offensive.

I am not intending to pile on the flames, but to simply be informative. This isn't a Christian site, and assuming that the posters are of the same religious bend as you does everyone, including yourself, a disservice.

I for one don't think any of HH's post is genuine, or should be argued seriously. He/she just joined today, immediately went into two threads, and threw inflammatory bombs. That spells T-R-O-L-L looking for amusement to me.
