I used to dabble in yoga a few years ago and now I've that I'm pg, I'm very interested in a prenatal yoga class. I live in the North Central area, but I might be willing to drive. Thanks!

I was also interested when I was pregnant a few months ago, but unfortunately didn't find out about this until I was almost due. So I haven't checked it out personally, but the Destination Maternity Store has come classes.

When you say prenatal yoga, do you mean for the woman who is pregnant to do yoga, or is this sort of a pre-birth play-date with other pre-infants? Sounds fun!

Call the Lululemon Athletica store at the Quarry and ask, they have lots of info on classes in town. 210/822.0017. Lululemon is a "yoga inspired" clothing store.
