Is this for a school project or something? "Best area" is really too objective to answer. You're not going to get good info here with such a basic question

My favorite is the area bordered by 281 to the east, 1604 to the north, I-10 to the west, and 410 to the south. That general area, but the northern part of that area is my favorite.
