Default My Neighbors Idea of "Clean"

They decided that on the LAST day to clean up their trash without going to court, they'd begrudgingly do so, sooooo. . . . my neighbors cleaned up the mess!! Well, the BIG stuff.

Little stinky pieces of trash don't count!

(no, I'm not satisfied. . . not one bit)

They have so many people there and are SO lazy that they filled their recycle receptacle AND their trash can and then they trespassed into my neighbors yard (who's home is vacant) took THEIR trash can and filled that with their old stinky trash too! Hooray for proactivity!! (is that a word?)

BTW, the trash wasn't cleaned up, it was just moved to the other side of the fence. Ingenius, since we can't see that through the rotting wood or the basket weave joke of a fence adjoining their home and the neighbors. How can EIGHT+ adults be SOOO lazy and so dirty? How do that many people find each other? The internet?

I'm waiting to see how code compliance handles this. I have a sick feeling they'll close it out with the big trash having been picked up.

No. . . . they do it out front without an invite. They pretty much hate me so I doubt they wanna share their drugs with me.

More than likely. Our other neighbors who moved are coming into town this weekend just to "check things out". I think a padlock for that gate may be in order now. That way if they enter their premises it'll be by hopping that fence and that basket weave fence is so gross now it won't support a FEATHER so they'll break it for sure. At least they (or the landlord, rather) would be responsible for that. Since nobody lives on the other side there's only ONE household that can be responsible! Twenty bucks says they'll still say 'I didn't do nutheeeeeeeeng man! It's that damn snob across the street!"

Where's this ? General area? My wife's Brother had some of this type move in next to him. Everytime your good old long standing Neighbors die or move out this seems to happen. They move in and immediately you see there are two, three or four families in there! It's disgusting! Trash everywhere. Doing dope of some kind outside. His neighbors even made a horsehoe driveway to make pick ups and deliveries easier

Call 311 and complain, or try the HOA if there is one. Thats what I did to my neighbor once, when there was mess out front. I had company coming in from out of town, so I had no choice. My neighborhood is well kept but you can tell where the renters are, there is a couple. Not that all renters are this way, just in general.

Thanks for the pics! They're worth 1,000 words. It looks like they're trying to bury the trash now. Get the dog to dig some holes, they throw the stuff in. Maybe the hole will fill itself back up.

Well this morning their yard is SPOTLESS but not because they want to be our friends.

Last night we were outside with a neighbor and I guess one of the idiots didn't see us and proceeded to handle a drug deal right in front of us. Just as he was about to walk back in he noticed us. He still had a few more that night, too. This morning when we got home their yard was immaculate. Since we've been home there have been a handful more go down. SAPD can't help us unless they see it themselves so several of the neighbors are mulling over what to do right now. ATF gave us a number to call (we did contact them as suggested in the previous thread about the drug situation. . .the one where I was called nosy neighbor ). Anyway, we're certain now. We saw the product AND the money AND we have the license plate numbers of the repeat offenders.

Bummer for us in more ways than one.

There was also a fight at their house yesterday. We heard two words a LOT - "Money" and "F***".

Go figure. . . .
