Holt CAT's equipment is mostly used for construction and road-building. Thinking a little bigger, the implication is that construction and road-building are slowing in the 118 Texas counties served by Holt CAT if their sales slipped by 41 percent.
Aside from the employees directly affected, this is not good news for our state, either.
