Wow, sorry you all have had such bad experiences at the mall. It's not even a pricing issue--there are definitely more expensive cuts out there, but there are way more cheap places.
Jeff is a great stylist and a cool dude. So, don't go, and we'll keep him all to ourselves.
I ain't scared.....and no judgment, but I've seen plenty of scarier things. You don't even have to google far for scary.

(Well, I should say that I don't think I have. i got my hair cut at that Regis about 8 or 9 years ago, and the guy that cut it sounds like Jeff. He did a great job way back then.
