It's certainly obvious that Emilio is guilty as sin. Which by the way has nothing to do with him being Hispanic or macho. Are Lohan, Hilton, Nicole Richie and Elvis "Hispanic or macho". I think not. They are or were idiots like Emilio. So lets not bring the Race into this. If you want to blame anybody,other than Emilio, it's the courts/Justice system. Emilio didn't learn from his first DWI  ,so when he got his 2nd they should have thrown the book at him. Be you Hispanic,macho  ,male,female or Entertainer. It would have reduce the chances of this happening. What ever happen to the speedy trial law? |
