I doubt it, Jules. I don't think they would post juvenile offenses--won't it get wiped off anyway? Seems rather crappy to have something you did at 12 haunt you for the rest of your life.

My next door neighbor had her significant other hauled off one day when he got drunk and abusive--it doesn't come up when you key in our street, but it does when you key in his name.

I hope it does! Poor kid, got hassled by that bully ALL year long (from the "orientation day" on) and the day before school ends the bully jumps him. He would have had to just stand there and take the beating or run away to keep from getting a ticket. Instead, he defended himself and knocked the stupid bully to the ground. (yeah, Mama was proud! ) The judge was uber nice and said she wished she could just dismiss it. But it's technically a criminal offense, so he has to do like 36 hours CS and attend "anger management" counseling. But maybe that's how it gets dismissed. Iunno, Dad took him to his court date, so I'm not clear on it.
And yeah, maybe they don't post juvenile offenses.........

a 12 year old was charged for fighting at school? I can see some fights (gang related or with real weapons), but just a fight is pretty silly. We did it all the time and it's called being a kid, especially when they're boys. we fight, that's how we are..
as far as that good boy, I think you know who he is and he needs to get shot. Now that I know more about him I'm just looking for an excuse. He definitely isn't helping society in the slightest

I'm sorry to read that. I hate the Fken police when they do that, always taking advantage of the guy that does the right thing. I dont know how the system works here but I got arrested back in CA. I got stabbed and I retaliating by guaging the dude's eye. And I was the one that got suspended. go figure. However In the court The judge dismissed my case and charged the dude with a hate crime.

I looked up your street, and there were a few "multiple" offenders. But the one that I clicked on was Moderator cut: removed ..... (22 years old). I asked my 17yos and he said he hadn't heard of him, but neither of my boys have been over there in prolly at least 8 months or so.........
But yeah, 22 and that many offenses!
(Oh! And I totally agree on the 12yo fighting thing. And I would TOTALLY agree if it had been my son that started the fight ~ he should have been charged. But when he's defending himself, and the NISD cop even told the Vice Principal that's what happened ~ that's messed up! And costing the tax payers way too much money to be clogging up the court with that kinda junk. <steps off soapbox>)

dont worry im on you side! Last week I told off an NISD, because he was loitering the shell on 151 and potranco. I was there for 30 minutes and he wouldnt leave. He kept telling the attendant that he was milking the clock instead of patroling JPSHS. I got beet red and told him off, I asked for his badge number so i can report him. Told him that since he's here wasting money, thugs are tagging their crap all over the school.

Nothing's shocking where I am. But I did have a good time looking up people from high school we always wondered what happened to...
