how about the vibrating football set that never worked right and players usually ran around in circles?
Wasn't that weird stuff called "Super Elastic Bubble Plastic"? There was something on the market a few years ago that was very similar. My kids had some, but they never seemed to be able to actually blow a bubble with it that was worth the effort!

yeah lil tex, those were the good old days.
"Service" stations.
Tank up the sickle with 100 octane,
pay with a dollar bill,
and get change back.

Remember when......

Truth in Advertising was a real word.

HouseWife was a word.
"You think that was bad,
wait til your Father gets home."

I remember when we put a dime and a nickel in the cigarette machine,
pulled the knob out, and a dose of nicotine poisoning fell out.
Neatly packaged.
One day the price went up to TWO dimes,
and I distinctly remember saying -
"when they go up to a quarter,
I'm quittin".

Anybody play Mumbley Peg?? That one could get dangerous.

Marbles??
I never lost mine. ((debateble subject))

I hated having to cut out the clothes. More than once, I had cut off the tabs!

I just saw Cheetah on TV last night. He's 76 yrs old. He lives in a special house in some zoo or something. They said he was the original Cheetah that played in the Johnny Wisemiller Tarzan movies.
