Default ****High School Girls Basketball****

We may be moving to San Antonio very soon and need any information we can find on good 5a girl's basketball programs. My daughter was first team all district last season as a guard at Klein High School. She has played since she was seven and needs a competitive program in a 5a district to finish her senior year.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The 2008 Girls Basketball playoff bracket for 5A is here (http://www.uil.utexas.edu/athletics/brackets/basketball/girls/5A_bracket.html - broken link).

On page 2, you'll see that among local teams, Judson Wagner made it to the final 4 and Madison lost to them in the regional final. Academically, if I were choosing between those two schools, I'd probably go with Madison.

Wagner lost 4 of it starter to graduation and didn't have much of a bench and Madison will be returning four starters from last season. I'd also have to agree with Bowie on Academics, Madison is a NEISD school and it's one of the better districts in San Antonio when it comes to academics.
