Default Dreamland Oaks?

Anyone here know anything about the Dreamland Oaks subdivision? I've seen a couple of ranches I like in there, it seems to have great trees, and it's zoned for Churchill high school, which is a plus.

Its an ok area. I use Dreamland everyday and its a pretty busy street. You would be next to a railroad track and every time it rains Dreamland is a street that floods out. That should not affect your house but only your driving pattern.
That neighborhood is not my cup of tea. If you want that area try, Whispering Oaks neighborhood,Oak Meadow or Hunters Chase if ya can. Also into Castle Hills is nice if you stay outside of loop 410
