Birthday suggestions?
  I'm looking for suggestions for what to do for a 15-year-old's birthday. She wants to have three friends go 'do something', but hasn't come up with any ideas she likes. I've suggested nails, movies, plays, and/or restaurant but she isn't interested in anything so far, except the restaurant! Any ideas?

I can't help but mention Tanger Outlet in San Marcos. A little shopping spree, maybe!
Girls do like to shop don't they? From the hwy. this place is impressive. Check your wallet before you go. If it's 3-4 inches thick your probably good to go. For a couple hours. Ha Ha!!

Probably depends on if they want a "grownie" experience or if they are still big kids!
For a more grown up thing, I'd do the play or something at the majestic and maybe dinner somewhere off-beat. If they want to play and be kids, maybe do some flirting  then Dave and Busters (but not TOO late if you aren't going to stay), or an amusement park for the day.
For something a little different, Central Market does cooking classes that can be fun. Or maybe a pottery making/painting place or some type of art or craft class?

Consider the mystery dinner theater at Dave and Busters...dinner and a "who done it" type of audiance participation play...kinda like Clue and dinner
