thanks all sofar for the info,thoughts and tips.
Maybe I can add another question to my list.....
Since my fiancee has 2 horses,which she would really like to keep we thought about buying a somewhat larger property just outside S.A.
Maybe it's a weird question but ok....
Do you think driving,let's say, 20 to 30 miles for a tattooshop would be a problem to folks out there?
