Wow, I've only known the present Valley-Hi HEB and can't imagine it being anything that even resembles nice. However, the area looks like it's trying to clean itself up and I hope it succeeds.
BTW, is it Valley Hi? or Valley High? I've driven the road hundreds of times, but never paid attention to the spelling

An old friend worked in that H.E.B. back in early 70's. Think he lived on Amber Valley!! Had several friends in Valley Hi!!
