In San Antonio?? I lived there for 40 years and don't recall ever seeing a U'tot'um! The only time I remember seeing any was in Houston whenever we visited my cousins.

Are there any K-Marts in San Antonio? They kind of go hand in hand with Builders Square since the K Marts kind of disappeared after they sold Builders Square to some company in New England who promptly closed them.

The nearest one to SA is in the Valley, was in Vegas last year and saw one there. But like the Big K on Nakoma there was hardly any people in there.

Anyone remember the Whopper Burgers? And the Frontier Drive-Ins (an "arm" of the Jim's still in town). Frontier had THE BEST EVER onion rings.

Someone already mentioned Tandy's.

Taco Hut.

The Flame Drive-In.

Or were ya'll talking mainly big chain stores? If off-topic, I'll it post elsewhere on a more appropriate thread.

Whoppers were great! I mentioned Frontiers earlier. The Flame I should have thought of. No, you're good. Looks like any business goes.
