I am new to Texas and a former Salon Owner. I would like to open a very small one chair hair salon in Spring Branch or Bulverde. I have been to many building owners looking for a space to rent. I am finding that to get the under 800 sq feet I need that everybody wants over 800.00 a month to rent and a 3 year lease and I have to fix any heating and air issues as well. A stylist doesnt make enough to pay those high rents and I have no intention of ever renting out stations to others or having employees (been there done that). That said does anybody here know of anybody that could meet my needs? I need such a small space I was hoping to find something for about 450.00 to 500.00 a month. It is east to see why there are so many empty commercial spots with the rents so high. Help!

Can you do that type of work out of your home? I know I'd go to someone's house if they could deal with my hair.

I live deep into the Bulverde Estates area and it would be verry difficult to find. To be exact 5 turns off of Hwy 46 and it would be very hard to give directions to.
