"The Ridge" on 1604 - new strip mall?
Anyone know anything about the new development along 1604 West (right before IH 10)? I saw a sign that said it was "The Ridge". What is it?

It was ranchland prior...and some nice land to boot! But that region in and around the Rim is becoming the largest shopping area in Texas!
Cheers! M2

What shops are going in the ridge?
Anyone know what shops are planned for The Ridge? I can't find info on that....
It's funny, about The Forum,.. my mom lives nearby (and has for almost 30 years). She used to always say "I guess no one thinks that we buy things or eat at restaurants on the NE side", then she got The Forum. Ask and ye shall receive!

For those who can't stand the suspense, the announced tenants are a Brazilian dance studio, a Brazilian jiu-jitsu studio and two ultra-lounges.

I think this development is ugly. I hope this style doesn't last.
