Smile Moving to Live Oak!

Hi Everyone!

My fiance and I are closing on a home in Live Oak this Friday... we couldn't be more excited but nervous at the same time. I have never lived in the "city" before.

Any tips, hints, suggestions, etc. would be very helpful! How is the city of Live Oak?

Thanks in advance!
