Speaking of Golden Wok, in my humble opinion, it has the best dim sum, bar none, here in SA. Granted, dim sum in SA is not that easy to find, so they really don't have much competition!

And I am not just talking about dumplings here, but a true dim sum variety complete with bamboo steamer trays and waiters walking by with rolling carts! I don't think that the Marbach location does this, but the one on Wurzbach is always packed at lunchtime on weekends for this.
On a mildly related note, I think the lettuce wraps at Calif. Pizza Kitchen taste way better than the one's at PF Chang's--and the kung pao spaghetti at CPK rocks too!
